The sony website @US lists the Format(s) Supported by z1050 : MP3 / WMA / AAC-LC / L-PCM, while the atrac is not listed, which is the exclusive looseless format of sony. I am confused. I was thinking z1050 is sony's flagship! Anybody gets some idea?

Since it's an Android device with access to the Google Play store, you can install any other software player that supports FLAC, like Poweramp.
