Does your page jump up and down sometimes?

It's been happening to me for quite awhile now on Firefox 2.0, 2.0.0.2, and the jury is still out on 2.0.0.3 (I don't seem to recall a 2.0.0.1, but if it came out, I had the problem then too.

This used to happen to me when I was using an older version of Firefox (1.5xxx, I belive.) So far, I haven't noticed this anytime recently. Good luck getting this fixed, it annoyed the **** out of me when I was dealing with it.
