Hi all,

I just broke the casing on one of the earpieces of my UE Superfi 3 (while trying the flip-mod

), and was wondering if the warranty applies to me, since I live in Canada. Any help is appreciated.

Yes it does, my wire got ripped up on my Super.fi 5pro, i e-mailed customer warranty service, told them what happened and got assigned a RMA, and i sent it to America (from Canada). In about a week and a half i recieved a brand new Super.fi 5 pro. Excellent Customer Service.
