An open or semi-open can, comfortable, lightweight, under $40, and sounds as good as my KSC75? I use the KSC75 with the headband mod. I love how there is almost no pressure on the ears with this.
 
I just received the Superlux 681 EVO, but the comfort isn't there. Also, with even the slightest head movement, I hear squeaking.

Sennheiser PX-100II is such a headphone. Light weight, supremely comfortable and very good sound quality for the price.
Koss Porta Pro is another example.
Not sure about current pricing though, many affordable headphones seem to have gotten much more expensive than I remember.
So might be worth checking out the used market too

Thanks. I've tried the Porta Pro and didn't like it. I'll look into the Sennheiser.
