Excuse my ignorance but I can't find any mention in MF literature of the DAC in the XCAN v8P? The user manual does not reference a DAC. Can someone help me here?
Yes, an USB DAC (16bit/44Khz).
Only a source which is connected via USB can benefit from it.
It is an improvement over the standard soundcard in PC or Mac, but don't expect high-end quality.
