Does the Monoprice AQ type dac dongle have enough power to drive SEnn 600s?

Thinking about the Monoprice dac dongle. Specs say output is
2 Vrms @600 ohms. Is this the same power as a standard usb jack on a Mac or I iPhone ? Thanks

Having trouble editing on my phone, but as stated in title I’d like to use this with senn HD -600s. Which clearly need a bit more power than from the standard iPad jack

You can't conjure up power from thin air. Both of them are running off the same power source - the battery in that phone. Which also happens to run the CPU, the wireless chip, the screen...

The only benefit to dongle DACs is that some phones are deliberately handicapped either by bad hardware or by cheating in the firmware so that it can survive battery life tests, which when done for media aren't likely to be executed by reviewers using harder to drive audiophile headphones or earphones but with very high sensitivity cheap earbuds.
