Hey, I was looking at the E7 on amazon, and they show it coming out of an ipad, and I was wondering if it would just be amping the sound, or if it was also acting as a DAC. Also, if it was acting as a DAC, would it work on my Nokia Lumia 928? It has a micro USB out. Thanks! Merry Christmas!

I believe (guess) the answer is no, It might be easiest just to buy the FiiO E11 headphone amplifier.
