Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm still rather inexperienced with DAC/amps.
 
I currently have a HD 650 with Magni/Modi 1 stack and am looking to upgrade the Magni to a Bottlehead Crack.
 
Will my Modi DAC will work with the Magni? i.e, is it as simple as swapping out the Magni for the Crack? 
 
I have the short red RCA cables from Schiit audio, are these long enough to connect the Modi to the Crack?
 
Lastly, would this be a good set-up for the HD 650? Thanks!

Most DACs work fine with most headphone amplifiers (maybe like 99% of the time).
So yes, the Modi DAC will work fine with the BottleHead Crack amp.

Price aside, would you recommend the Valhalla 2 instead of the BH Crack + Speedball, when paired with the HD 650 and Modi?

Have no idea which is better (Bottlehead vs Valhalla 2), but you might try reading up and asking here.
