So this started as an observation .....not many HiFi headphones go through this issue but my HE-300 (REV 3 METAL) has a problem with severe missing information issue in the Sub-Bass this (supposedly) causes rattling noises in the chamber.
 
Another observation I made was the noise it made was "Kkkrrr" which is very reminiscent to the noise I get while screwing in the wire , many theories but none gives a clear issue of the problem , my 300s have less than 100 hours on them and I noticed the problem to get less of an issue with time and "Burn-In" which renders the wire theroy moot , wanted some information from you guys .....nevertheless the issue was with a handful of songs , thanks !

Sub bass should not cause rattling issue with any properly designed and driven headphone. My guess is that it is damaged or dirty.

Hmmm I don't disagree , on the other hand Fang has made many headphones with driver issues , so.......

Hair ? , perhaps 
I don't use a EQ at all ...nor have I ever used one with it so I don't think the driver has been damaged by clipping cause it has never been introduced to one

EQ won't damage the driver, it just causes digital clipping of the source file.  I'd wager it's a hair stuck in the driver then.
