Just wondering as I have read conflicting opinions. Sony says it does on their webpage, but I've seen a couple of other pages suggesting it doesn't. Anyone know for sure?

What makes you say that? Have you actually tried it? I just don't want to waste my money on a player I can't use until I (finally) upgrade my computer.

I believe you can download SS for free from Sony. Give it a try. 3.1 seems to list ME as a compatible OS.

Sonicstage works well with Windows ME. I use to use my MZ-N505 when I had ME and I had to use the Sonicstage software until I got a Ipod. The software works fine with no problems on Windows ME.
