Does Rockbox support ALAC?

Hi there. I'm looking to buy a rockbox'ed iRiver H120
biggrin.gif
But before that, most of my music is in ALAC. Does Rockbox support ALAC? I've found conflicting information online

Yes, I use Rockbox on my 5G iPod.

See the Rockbox manual for your player here. It lists supported audio formats.

You're looking in the Encoder(s) column instead of the Decoder(s) column. To play back ALAC, you need the decoder.

Ah, I did not realize Rockbox supported ALAC and would've never tried it without looking at this thread.

I happen to have an archive of ALAC files that are properly tagged that I use on my iPod touch. Nice to see that they are compatible with my iRiver too.
