I added felt on the magnet and around the inside of the cup,I also put foam behind the button and I did the venting mod,I added 4 more holes, would the felt effect the sound signature?

Almost everything you can do to the inside of a headphone's housing will affect the sound. Definitely if the felt is between the driver and the ear, but also if the felt is affecting how the sound waves reflect off the walls around the driver. How it affects the sound will depend on many factors and I won't pretend to know them all.

Of course you can always just use an equalizer, which is a heck of a lot more predictable

Yes of course, but sense it takes up more space in the cup, would it "clog" up the sound?

It will most likely tone down the treble and upper midrange because of fewer reflections in the cup, and trap more bass for a warmer sound. Venting the pads with holes will raise the treble back up a bit, like a bowl pad but not as extreme. You'll have to decide for yourself if it "clogs" the sound.
