I'm looking to build an USB Dac but I can't write schematic by myself.

Can any one post me schematic of Stello DA100 or USB dac dose it have
perfomance near by Stello DA100.

You should read the forum rules, posting commercial schematics is seriously frowned upon. There aren't many high-performance DIY USB DAC's so you'll have to do some searching to find what you're looking for.
