this is prolly a weird question - but ie: i really hate some old songs that are recorded in mono (like a lot of beatles songs) that i have on FLAC, but i do have a few beatles album on vinyl, though i dont have a record player atm - so if i got a record player and a phono preamp and connected it to my LDmk3 headphone amp - will it sound stereo - or will the vocals still be on the far right with the guitars on the far left?
and i know i can use crossfeed to balance it - but i dont like that doing that cus it just makes everything sound off to me.
also what is the difference between mono and phono? i know mono is like 1 instead the 2 of stereo - but exactly is phono lol? i use that word a lot, but i don't think it means what i think it means.
