Hi,

My Hifiman RE 600 IEM‘s have a 3.5 mm balanced jack, and I would like to know if there is an adapter that will take them to a 2.5 mm balanced jack, so that I can use them in balanced mode with my Radsone ES100. I poked around on the websites of the usual suppliers, but can’t seem to find one. Thanks for any help!

I believe I have read in the ES100 docs that you can't use an unbalanced to balanced adaptor, but balanced to balanced, just stepping down the diameter, is also no good?

Assuming you're replying to me: Sorry, I misread your original post. I thought your were talking about a single-ended–balanced adapter. As far as I know, a balanced–balanced adapter should work so long as it's wired properly. Sorry, I don't have any products I can recommend.
