I went to pick up my $60 bucks from Sam Ash from my cancelled DT 880 order. Turns out, they did get the cans in, but they were the older model DT 880's.
They were gonna charge me $300 for the older ones and I was gonna be stuck with them! Not that I didn't want the 880's, its just that I purchased the HD650's first because I thought they would suit my music taste better.
So, after talking to the guy for a little while, he said he would match a legitamate internet price.
So, if any of you guys are in the Cherry Hill, NJ or Philadelphia area, Sam Ash Music Store of Cherry Hill, NJ has some Beyerdynamic DT 880's in stock that I am sure they wouldn't mind you testing out. But make sure you get the price for the old stock ones.
