I've been pretty successful with rebates from Toshiba and US Robotics. Up until a week and half ago I thought I got screwed by Maxtor out of a $30 rebate I had filled out the rebate form clearly with all necessary info and the were to email me a customer number so I can track the progress of my rebate which was susposed to only take about a month to process. Two and a half months go by with no email and rebate from Maxtor and I was beginning to wonder What was happening

. Until all of the sudden last week I receive a rebate check in the mail from MAxtor. Nearly 3 months late and they didn't even but the rebate check in an envelope before mailing it to me.
