I have refrained from asking whether the HD800 or T1 is better with select genres of music as some people can get rather sensitive or touchy.
 
Music selection : Lee Ritenour, Fourplay, Pat Metheny, Earl Klugh, Peter White, Acoustic Alchemy, Bob James, Larry Carlton
 
For those who have listened or compared both T1 and HD800, which headphones do you prefer on these types of music? Headphones that are able to provide a more surreal listening experience.
 
From what I gather on this forum, with less than stellar recordings(mostly mainstream pop and rock) the T1 might fare better than the HD800s.

I am equally interested to know. Although I have not listened to both, the build quality of the T1 seems to be higher than the HD800 which looks a bit like a toy. No offense, just my opinion.
