It seems good, I am now using a cheap headphone jack(US$ 0.4 each), would replace it improve sound quality?

If not, which jack is good and available in RS components?

Anyways, looks like a very nice jack. Personally, I don't belive something like that will improve the sound of your headphones though. It certainly does nothing to replace the hundreds of cheap nickel-plated jacks in the studio gear used to record your music!
