This is weird because I seem to remember reading people recommending cable thicker than 26AWG.
Are those people taking a vacation? =)

I seem to recall people recommending star quad over mini star quad...
and excessively large Jena cable

Some headphones like the thicker cables than the stock and others hate thick cables.

IMO Materials and construction matter more than thickness by quite a bit.
