In that price range the majority of headphones you will find are bass oriented. In my limited experience I'd suggest the HD228 or 218. The only requirement I see they don't fit is the open design, but they don't isolate THAT well. Check out what I thought about the 218 and decide if it's something you would interested in.

Those HD228s look promising.  I wonder whether there's a way to replace those vinyl seat covers with foam pads of some sort.
