Do I still need a DAC when I will just be listening off Spotify ? (No FLAC)

Well, a DAC's always great to have, no matter how crappy your source might be. All boils down to what your own standards are.
 
Try listening to the same piece on Spotify and to its FLAC version and hear it for yourself.

High-quality streams from Spotify sound fine to me - I can't tell the difference between them and a FLAC version.
 
If you're listening via PC getting even a budget DAC should produce an audible improvement.
