Hello Everyone! New here, so dont push if my post is all wrong.

Recently i bought Sennheiser RS180, as a replacement for Phillips SBC HC8525 (also wireless). And i didnt notice much of sound improvement. I mean, ofcourse, they [new Sennheisers] are not the TOP-NOTCH, HIGHEST-END, AUDIOPHILE earphones, but still they are not cheap, not low-end phones.Well, they costed me a bit.
So my thoughts, "may be, may be, i need new Sound Card? Or maybe somekind of reciever, amplifier, or Sound Card+AMP?" I Goooogled a bit, found some usefull info, some not that usefull, but still I am in doubts. Oh, currently me using Creative SB Live! 24bit card. I know stone age, but still.
Here is what I`ve got so far:
1.)Right now, i want to buy Creative Sound Blaster Recon3D PCIe. Though, i couldnt find any review for this card. Is it any good? Will it do with my Sennheiser RS180? I know, there are better cards, but my budger a bit low.
2.)Or, should i go for Asus Xonar Essence STX?
3.)Or, may be aim for some dedicated AMP?
And the main question would be, Do i even need any of these? Will my phones sound any better than it currently is? Because, i have nothing to compare to.
I am listening to electro music: psy-trance, ambient, chillout, if it any importance.
I think thats all for now. Thanks in advance!

PS. Im using my phones through speakers. (PC Sound Card -> Speakers -> Phones) Is it bad? Should i plug phones directly to PC?

Wireless headphones are notorious, anything short of the new RS220 is subpar in SQ.

As for a soundcard, wont help, they act as DAC's (Digital to analogue converters) and in wireless headphones thats built into the headphone itself.

so get RS220, or get a proper cabled headphone like the Denon D2000
