I'm new to speaker area, so I have a headphone set (computer-audiogd nfb10se-audeze lcd headphone.)
And the audiogd can also be used as preamp.
My question: if I want to make a speaker setup, how does it work?
 
Computer-audiogd nfb10se- AMP?-speakers
or
Computer-audiogd nfb10se-speakers ?

You need a power amp between the preamp and the speakers. They can be built into the speakers ('powered' speakers) or it can be a separate component that are connected to passive speakers with speaker wire and to the preamp with interconnects.
