On a vacuum cleaner, the plug has a notch in it which you can put the cord so it stays when you wrap it up. Why don't earphones have something like that on the earphone end? It would be nice. Are there any? I lost my Ipod skin (the Nano Cocoon) that has a little notch for cords.

i haven't seen any headphones that have that specific feature, however many earbuds and the like have a dongle that you can wrap the cable around. i've never seen such a dongle actually attached to a headphone however

Same here. Actually, you can buy dongles or cable wraps that help reduce the chance of tangled-up wires.
