Hi all,
So yeah, I've seen numerous people talking about the merits of the Nokia N8 for it's ability to send digital-out to an external USB DAC. However I never see other phones running the same version of the OS mentioned. Is this functionality exclusive to the N8, or is it simply the most popular? Also, is there a list of portable DACs anywhere that the N8/Symbian ^3 supports? I've had a look around and can't seem to find anything.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think so. You need the USB On The Go adapter from Nokia, and it's not compatible with every phones.

Thanks for the response. I think I've found a more affordable option to the N8 that ticks all the boxes, so fingers crossed!
