I am new to this but finally found all the needed parts,

The molded UE connectors from http://myworld.ebay.com/tygamehk09/ on eBay. He usually sell the Senns connectors and after I requested  the UE/JH type, he sent them the next day and put themon the website. He is awesome on sending out material the next day thru registered post from HK. Postage is cheap and you can track it.

Silver wire cable and solid wrapped wire in cotton and teflon at http://www.jacmusic.com/wire. They have both 26 and 24 awg.
Dow anyone know if this works?
Just ordered...will know about timing this week.

Tracked down the mini ViaBlue connectors at Null Studios in Singapore.  He has been very responsive pately.

The last piece is the clear wrap that holds the memory wire at the earphone.  Does any one know a source for this ?

Thanks.

Thanks for the info!

I have tracked down most of the parts too.

Other than the clear wrap that holds the memory wire, I'm also wondering what's the best way to have a Y-split in a wire this small.

For something like a headphone cable I would simply use a Y heatsink wrap, but I'm not sure for earbud cables.

Make sure to post pictures here when you're done your cable, thanks!
