I recabled a set of headphones this weekend but have yet to put them back together because I forgot to accommodate for the larger wire, and have no drill, so I need to find a good way to re-size the cable exit on the housing for the new wire.
 
Got me to thinking though, I never did a good strain relief for my other recabled headphones, they don't really have any kind of better strain relief than electrical tape to remind you not to pull too hard haha.
 
Any good ideas anyone's come up with?

I have some zip ties around and could do that...

Silicone tape may work well too.
