Check Tangent's notes on audio opamps for starters. Pay close attention to the voltage ratings to make sure that you've got enough power and to the form factor to make sure that it's the right size (you're probably looking for an 8 pin DIP, not an SOIC).
As far as I can recall, all of the opamps that he reviews are available from Digi-Key.
My personal favorite for a CMOY amp is the OPA2227.
