DIY etching with Press N Peel

With a fully pre-heated iron (on highest, no-steam setting) it has never taken me over 1 minute to iron a 3 x 5" or smaller board.

If it's not sticking good I would suspect either that the board is still dirty or the iron wasn't hot enough.

If the traces are bleeding that usually means the iron is too hot, it was ironed too long, or the printer is putting down too much toner (set print jobs a notch lighter).

I etched 100 to 200 boards with toner transfer method.
Always, I use interior film.

Although I have not many experience with photo glossy paper, I highly recommend interior film.
To me, the latter is much simple and shows better result.

For example (from personal experience),
- soaking is not required at all. (i.e. simpler, easier, and fast.)
- easier and better result when layout printing. (less hairloss, easier to correct with a pen)
- All difference kinds of interior film shows almost same result. (i.e. not depend on the film quality.)
