If there can be headphones that can act as tweeters (TakeT ) why not put them on your head?
Who has ever contemplated this at least?

Could it make sense? Does anyone know anything about giving proper bias to the tweeters or anything else about them?

Sometimes you can get a pair for some funny $30+shipping !

In the Orthodynamic Roundup they did contemplate mounting planar tweeters into headphones.

I assume you are talking about the vintage ES tweeters found in old speakers and consoles like Grundig and the like. They are mostly single ended and have a closed back so they can't reproduce any bass and are very unlinear. You could find a speaker with RTR drivers and use those but then you would have a Jecklin Float has Jurg used those drivers in the original models.

RTR drivers - I assume it's a model/brand of tweeters that JF used in first models, huh? Is it hard to find / expensive? How about powering them?

What can one do with those single ended tweeters? Are they tweakable?

RTR was a large OEM supplier of ESL driveunits in the 70's and beginning of the 80's and they also made their own speakers. Do a search on ebay for some options. The diaphragms might be highly tensions though so no bass is possible, no matter what you do.

There is not much you can do to a SE drive unit and most ES tweeters are tweaked for that role so small diaphragms under a lot of tension. You could also just make your own drivers with a DIY PCB kit, a drill, a saw and some mylar.
