DIY DAP?

Anyone here tried making this altoids DAP? Maybe someone with more experience in DIY designs could turn this into an audiophile dap design. Or even miniaturize it and fit both a MINT/PINT/CMOY + DAP all in one altoids tin

I'm having a hard time understanding what bitrate the chip supports.

supports mp3s all the way up to 320kbps
