I want to make my DIY cable for my ER-4S, unfortunately, I know nothing about it. I want to replace the stock ER-4 cable with high quality audiophile cable, something like Crystal Cable, or Cardas, but they don't make IEM cables. So I'm going to make my own, but out of what cable?

All I know is that the left and right channel contains a wire for the signal and a wire for ground. That's all. I want to know what cord to buy, and how to wire it up, etc.

If anyone has experience in making cables, please help me.

EFN has experience recabling the ER-4's. If there's anyone to ask, it's him.

He has said that the stock cable is very high quality, though. It may not even be worth DIY'ing one.

Yea he used the stock cable though. I don't like the rigidness of it however.

Has anyone actually made their own cable out of wire strands
