Figured I would share my balanced cables I just made for my 400i's. The connectors are excellent from alliexpress, soldering was easier than some others. I used a bit of heat shrink for the strain relief's and copper from a stripped CAT6 patch cable.

Separate Positive and Negative cables and connection points..

I think though that this kind of thread would be better in the Cables Section..

Hmm didn't notice the cable sections. In either case Yea it does in fact have an isolated ground or negative to each channel. In all standard headphones the two negative terminals are bonded together.
