Besides my usual head-fi gear, I also have some speaker setups for my casual listening in my room.
The Swan M200 Mk-II is my main monitor-like speakers that I hook up with my Schiit Bifrost. The only thing that comes out is pure bliss.
However, when I hook my Bifrost's line-out to the Aux input of my Harman/Kardon Go + Play, the sound becomes extremely distorted and clipped.
I have no idea why this happens. When I hook my iPod Classic via its line-out into the HKGP's Aux input, it sounds fine.
Is anyone knowledgeable in circuitry or electronics well enough to help me please? Thank you!

Sounds like the Bifrost is overloading the GP's input. The Bifrost outputs 2 volts RMS at digital full scale. The iPod classic outputs barely half that.

Do you have a source with digital volume control so you can reduce the level going into the Bifrost just for test purposes?
