When I hover the mouse over the "FORUMS" button at the top, normally the dropdown menu appears with all the usual choices. Since yesterday (maybe earlier?), the drop down menu has been appearing in the middle or bottom of the screen. If I jump the mouse very quickly I can catch it, otherwise it disappears once I leave the "FORUM" button. 
 
I'm using Chrome on Windows Vista.

I've tried with Chrome on Windows 7, and it's working fine.  I'll file a ticket for the tech team to give it a shot and see if they can reproduce it.
