For rock and metal what is the best between balanced armature and dinamic armature ?

I think this would depend a good bit on your budget.  On the inexpensive end, I think dynamics will have an advantage particularly in bass punch over a single BA driver.    If you get into the higher price points with multiple tuned BA drivers, they can outperform about any dynamic you are going to find.  (You don't see too many hybrid or multiple dynamics in the upper regions of in ears, but you see a lot of 3, 4, and 5 BA driver setups.)

Agree dynamic driver in general will have better bass at a lower price point. For BA drivers indeed will need to pay a lot more to get the same bass.

Some people have been unsatisfied with the bass on the highest of end BA's so a combination of the 2 would be your best bet.
 
I have been happy with just a dynamic driver so have never looked into it
