What is the difference between a 75Ohm Coax and an Optical cable in terms of quality or stability for a transport CD Player to a DAC?

Anyone recommend a cable brand and type that doesn’t cost more then my house

The preference might change depending on specific components.

It also depends what kind of optical connection and coaxial connection you are running.

The quality of 75 ohm coaxial is probably better than plastic fiber Toslink but not as good as an ST Glass cable (not interchangeable)

Everything I've read says that coax is superior to optical.
