I like the look of the violet LEDs - crisp but not too harsh. I haven't used any myself, but like the way they look in builds I've seen with them.

Nice work on the LEDs.  That is what I did with the LEDs on my B22 case.  Course I had Front Panel Express do the dirty work, I had a 1mm hole drilled on the front with a 3mm hole drilled on the backside to mount a 3mm blue led.  It gives that pinpoint look and the hole is almost invisible with the power is off.  The image below kinda makes the LEDs look larger than they really are because I took the photo with a longish shutter time.

just use a diffuser, i really like white leds, which can be mega bright, but mounted behind frosted plexiglass they look excellent
