lets just say I've 2 different DACs, DAC A and DAC B.

When plugged into the same amplifier, same volume settings for dedicated Amplifier, Max Volume setting for music player + Windows + DAC.

DAC A Setup sounds louder than DAC B.

What Does this mean? Is DAC A better than DAC B? Is there something Wrong going around here?

look at the specs and it will have an output number in Volts. A standard line out if 2vrms unbalanced, some are higher some are lower. Doesn't relate to better or worse.
