Differences between v moda m80 and m100?

So afther my last thread i've been lurking a fair bit, and started considering vmoda. So the question is in the title, if the upgrade in sound is minimal then I don't think paying 150 $ more is worth it.

I believe that M80 and M100 have different sound signature

. M80 emphasizes on the midrange and roll off treble while M100 has larger soundstage, more bass, better treble and recessed mid (due to overpowered bass) - which sounds like a V-shape sound to me. It seems that M100 is designed to fit the general users rather than audiophiles. 
I haven't auditioned them directly though, just my 2 cents from the other's reviews.
