Hello again all; I was considering getting the Beyerdynamic DT770 and heard they make another model the DT770M which has an 80 ohm impedence as compared to the standard DT770 which has a 250 ohm rating. My question is do these DT770M's sound the same as the standard DT770?

From a quick googling, it looks like these are pretty new and not widely sold in the US. It might be worthwhile to contact Jan Meier <http://home.t-online.de/home/meier-audio/> to see if he's heard them.
