So right now I'm using Visual Studio.Net 2003 Pro on my home computer, and I just got Visual Studio 2005 Pro but haven't installed it yet. I just noticed there also is a Visual Studio 6 Pro that I can get but good word, what is the difference between the latter two?

Visual Studio 6 was the earlier version. It's also predates .Net so I wouldn't bother...

Visual BASIC 6 was the peak of its existence, but the C++ and Java Compilers were weak in VS6. VS 2003 was a reasonably solid suite. VS 2005 has some major IDE flaws that have prevented its widespread adoption at this point. I've got all 3 running Parallel at the moment.
