I was listening to a 'Meridian 800 (version 2)' connected to 'Linn Klimax Twin' and some nice speakers the other day. I really liked the sound.
I'm wondering what the difference in sound reproduction (quality) is between that setup and other sources like Dac1 or high-end soundcards?
Why is it possible to say that one thing is better than the other in terms of the sound reproduction?
