i'm just wondering what's the real difference between cheaper [more affordable] amps like the pa2v2 and the go-vibe and more expensive offerings [like the sr71, prII for portables and the likes of the Headroom Max Amp for home use]? is it 'better' sound [i'm supposing there is an improvement for the price that you pay], and what constitutes 'better' – better soundstaging, realism etc? or is it more an issue of system-matching and equipment synergy more than the price you pay for these amps?
