I decided to save myself some cash when ordering my Mavrick D1, and ordered one of these tubes from ebay thinking it was the same thing the Mavrick was going to come with for $20 added to the price.

All the mavrick site says is that it will come with a GE5670W.  I dont know anything about tubes, can someone confirm that these are they same?

That's the correct tube that you ordered. Jan means US Joint Army Navy meaning the tube has been approved for both military branches.
