The drivers on the one I have have a red band on the drivers. my box says pat pend on the bottom. My ear tips are in a baggy instead of a ziplock bag. The pouch had a couple loose strings and the hook is on the left side. Is this a 100 percent a fake?

Everything looks correct. The only thing is that red line on the driver. Cable marks, housing, tips, etc. Even the tips are newer style with the mesh inside. Perhaps its just a newer one?

Mine were from 2012 and I don't have any pics of the back or bottom of the box after selling them this last December. These are what's still on my phone:

I sent the pics to shure. They were fake I returned them and bought new ones from samash. They didn't have the smoked ones though only clear. Does the housing on the clears turn yellow?
