I ordered the JDS Labs O2/ODAC combo last Wednesday on headphonebar.com and my order is still "awaiting fulfillment" on my order status page.

They are supposed to be moving so their retail store is closed, but the website clearly says they're still processing and shipping online orders daily. I've called them, emailed them, posted on their FB page, still nothing. Their turn around time is supposed to be 1-3 days. It's been 6 already.

Does anyone know if headphone bar allows order cancellation? At this point I might as well just buy it from a fellow Head-Fier from the FS forums here. This is ridiculous. I can't even check on my order because there is literally no way to get in touch with anybody there. Anyone had similar experiences in the past?

What does this mean? It appears to be a scam but there are lots of online reviews for the company and they seem legit...

They have a big online presence including FB, Twitter, yelp and Google reviews, and they all look good to me...anyone has experience dealing with them?
