...before they sold out? I'm really curious about this piece. The design is as a DAC should be IMHO - as simple and straightforward as possible, well-executed. I'm very curious about the sound.

Well, that thread seems overwhelmigly positive, comparing it favorably with the Oritek OMZ and the Twisted Pear Opus, both DACs on my short list.

Considering that both of those have extremely limited availability, it would seem that the MagiDAC is a good option. Anyone else on these forums have any firsthand experience with the thing?
