Id like to see a end of February date mid march if that works best for most. Seems this late we should be aiming at that.

Yeah from the looks of it, 1/14 is out. We need to get a reservation finalized for 1 specific date or we'll just keep pushing it back farther and farther. I would vote for waiting until Jude can show up. I'll be honest, I want the man's autograph.

And I just found out I'm going to China and India for 10 days starting on the 24th of February.  So that weekend and the next are a no-go for me now.  I'd really like to be able to set aside a weekend for it...

You folks mind if a newbie shows up? I'd like to audition a few different cans before making my first purchase. If you need help setting up or anything, I'll try to help out if scheduling allows. At this time it sounds like you're shooting for Feb 18?
 
If I bring along my iPod, would it be acceptable to sample a few song snippets on the headphones I test? I don't intend to "hog" your time or gear, but I'd really appreciate the ability to see what's out there before taking the plunge. Edit: I should add that I'm shopping for circumaurals that are (relatively) portable.
